Turkey pot pie with biscuits and cream of chicken soup

Yesterday, I cooked a turkey breast in my Instant Pot so I could remake some of these older recipes on my blog like this Bubble Up Turkey Pot Pie. It’s very similar to the Chicken Pot Pie recipe I have on here. It just uses turkey instead of chicken.

Turkey pot pie with biscuits and cream of chicken soup

This Turkey Pot Pie takes no time to make because the turkey is already cooked and the recipe uses canned biscuits. Great for the day after Thanksgiving when you need to use up any turkey from leftovers. The turkey gets mixed with cheddar, frozen mixed veggies, and cream of chicken soup. Turkey tastes just like chicken am I right?! A layer of cut-up biscuits gets placed on top of this turkey mixture and it gets baked in the oven. So simple and such an easy weeknight meal. Of course, if you don’t have turkey you can use chicken.

If you have never cooked a turkey breast before I have two different methods you can use. One recipe calls for cooking the turkey breast in an air fryer or an Instant Pot. Bubble up recipes are very popular on this blog. I will have some more linked below above the recipe.
