There may be instances where your earbuds don’t enter pairing mode automatically. If this is the case, you can manually set it to pairing mode. Here’s how:

  • Press & hold the button behind both earbuds until they begin to flash (around 4 seconds).

First-time pairing

Remove your earbuds from the case, then place them back in; your earbuds will then turn red. Close the charging case, and now open the lid and remove your earbuds from the case. Your device will now automatically be in pairing mode.

  • Press & hold both buttons behind each earbud until they start to blink. (Around 6 seconds).

Take both earbuds out of the case, and make sure they’re turned off. Now press and hold the left main function button on your earbud for 7 seconds. Your earbuds will then begin to flash, indicating that they are in pairing mode.

  • Once you’re already connected to your first device, press either earbud one time and press it again, and hold for one second.
  • Your device should now be in pairing mode. Select your earbuds from your source device’s Bluetooth list to complete the connection.

  8. Turn Bluetooth back on from your device, and begin the pairing process to reconnect to your device.

  1. While your headphones are off, press and hold the power on button for 6 seconds
  2. Your device will then begin to flash, indicating that it is now in pairing mode.
