Because we were traveling with pets and children and it was late, we didn't ask to move. But I wished I had - one day later and the clothes I slept in still reek of smoke. Pros:The staff was wonderful--helpful and welcoming. Cons:The room and halls were clean, but there were a lot of stains and damage on carpets and surfaces. Pros:Really liked the attitude of the staff. Hotel was clean, quiet and located very near to downtown Charlotte. Cons:Can't think of anything offhand.
