“Moving On” is a partnership between the Housing Authority of Jefferson Parish (HAJP) and the Continuum of Care. It is designed for people who are currently enrolled in Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) programs AND Rapid Rehousing Programs (RRH) who:
This iniitiative is a way for people to transition to rental assistance from HAJP while remaining in their housing unit to transition in place. The initiative will create program openings and allow the CoC to refer new clients who need the supports of PSH and RRH programs.
