Please try again later.Reviewed in the United States on February 25, 2019 I bought this for my 2008 Ford Explorer 4WD V6. It looked and fit exactly like the original thermostat housing that was on the vehicle and was 1/3 the price from one of the auto part store chains. I was able to remove the old one and install this one without removing any other parts from the engine. I drained most of the coolant, removed two hoses and the sensor from the old housing. Working it out (and the new one in) was tricky due to wires that are wrapped across it, but with some tenacity I got the job done. So far it is working perfectly (the old one was stuck open keeping the engine from warming properly) and I guess time will tell.
