Cinko is quite possibly the worst food I have ever experienced, Sugar Factory is and odd marriage of bright lighting, super loud music, casual food and huge party drinks. Baha Mar Fish + Chop House is the redeeming factor for the entire dining experience, fabulous food and excellent service. Casino: super fun blackjack! Never saw anyone win anything on the slots. I am currently at the hotel now I’m very disappointed as soon as I check in. I had called to request a rollaway bed, which I was told would not be an issue. Upon check-in they refused to give me one. I am currently at the hotel now I’m very disappointed as soon as I check in. I had called to request a rollaway bed, which I was told would not be an issue. Upon check-in they refused to give me one. The staff is very rude no matter which restaurant you go to. Everything is an extra charge. If you want to go on a date night with your husband and have three kids stay at the kids club that’s a minimum of 250 just to leave them at the kids club. do you want to go see the animals ?? that’s another hundred dollars per person. do you want to get a drink …that’s about $30 and also comes with an attitude free of charge. I sat on the lounge chair in front of an empty cabana to watch my kids swim and got yelled at that I have to move. That was very nice. Nothing for kids to do here after 5pm. The bathrooms by all the pools are beyond disgusting, they don’t flush, they smell, half don’t have soap. This is not expected at all! Read less
