"Great location. Clean and comfortable." Overall Score3.0/ 5 The location of this hotel is excellent. Near the river and within walking distance of the historic district. The room was very clean and had decent TV, microwave and fridge. The beds were very comfortable and shower was good. They also had a nice continental breakfast that saved us money. Overall if you are looking for fancy this place is not for you but for an adequate room in a great area it was fine. I would stay there again. Gina P. "It was the worst experience in my entire life staying at this hotel." Overall Score1.0/ 5 To Whom it May Concern, I arrived at your hotel with two other female colleagues for a jazz concert. When we arrived the air conditioner was not on. We turned it on and it was not producing any cold air so I had to call for help. The desk sent someone up and 10 minutes after he left it quit running! I asked for another room and we had to re pack all of our belongings and moved next door to another room where the air was already on and it was cool! We were 45 minutes late for a concert that we had pre paid and extremely frustrated. The next morning as we were preparing to leave this room and your hotel, we started noticing all the mold and mildew in the bathroom and sink area. It was disgusting! After opening the doors under the sink area we were gasping for air as it was covered with mold, mildew and leaking water underneath. I opened the microwave and there was someone's food that was left by your housekeeping staff. The odor from it caused me to almost regurgitate! After speaking with the front desk and your manager we left your hotel in disarray. My colleagues and I am so disgusted with this experience. It was my first time staying overnight in Savannah. We spoke with the manager and took pictures (which I still posess) of these things mentioned above. I look forward to hearing from your company as soon as this letter is received. Sincerely, Carol I.
