Close your tailgate. If you can find where the switch is, pull the connector and short the two wires together. Joined Oct 27, 2017 · 3,373 Posts
The switch is built into the latch assembly. Under the plastic cover on the gate are the wires for the switch and the 3rd brake light. Find the right 2 and short them together. Joined May 8, 2016 · 1,550 Posts
