We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are available for non-working items only, all sales of trading card game cards and new items are final. We will replace non-working items with one of the same type. Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
