I’m pretty sure that’s SFS because if I remember correctly, that’s what mine said when I got called for an interview.

Basically, like people alluded to above, SFS is similar to OGP but the end result is different. What we do is pick (shop for) items customers ordered on Walmart.com, package them in boxes in the back room, and ship them via fedex. Pretty much anything in the store is fair game to be sent out, aside from frozen, dairy, produce, bakery, deli, and items that can’t be legally shipped out. You’ll have three types of picks: oversized, singles, and multis. Singles are single items or multiples of single items and are usually shopped for with a regular shopping cart. Multis are orders with multiple items and are gotten with the OGP carts (those metal carts with the blue totes). Oversized are items that are, well, oversized and usually shopped for with an l-cart. Also depending on your store you might get floated over to OGP if they get behind or you get done early. All in all the jobs pretty chill but it depends on who your coworkers are because SFS is a pretty close knit department due to its usually small size. If you have any further questions don’t hesitate to ask. Even if I’m wrong and you’re actually being interviewed for OGP I’m still familiar both as I’ve worked both. :) Good luck and I hope you get it!
