In January 2020, CBS renewed this daytime drama for a staggering four more years, keeping it on the air through the 2023-24 broadcast season — the show’s 51st season. Premiering on CBS on March 26th of 1973, The Young and the Restless follows the romances, hopes, and fears of the residents of Midwestern metropolis Genoa City. The large cast includes Peter Bergman, Eric Braeden, Sharon Case, Reylynn Caster, Sean Dominic, Melissa Claire Egan, Jacob Aaron Gaines, Camryn Grimes, Mark Grossman, Amelia Heinle, Courtney Hope, Bryton James, Christel Khalil, Hunter King, Christian LeBlanc, Kate Linder, Michael Mealor, Mishael Morgan, Joshua Morrow, Melissa Ordway, Brytni Sarpy, Melody Thomas Scott, Michelle Stafford, Jason Thompson, and Jordi Vilasuso.

Y&R fans are asking if Victoria Newman, aka Amelia Heinle, will be the next character to depart the show, given the drama surrounding Jordi Vilasuso’s expulsion from the serial opera and the exit of his fan-favorite character Rey.

Victoria Newman, from The Young and the Restless, arrived in Genoa City for the first time on November 17, 1982. Victoria’s parents, Nikki and Victor Newman have been the show’s power couple for decades.

Victoria’s siblings Adam, Nicholas, Dylan, and Abby are among the Newman family’s other members. Ashley Nicole Millan portrayed Victoria during her childhood in the 1980s.

Heather Tom played the adult version of the character from 1990 until 2003. Heather won two Daytime Emmys for her portrayal of Victoria Newman.

After Heather’s departure from the show in 2005, Amelia Heinle took over the role. Amelia received two Daytime Emmy nominations for her portrayal of Victoria, same as Heather.

As previously stated, many fans of The Young and the Restless are wondering if Victoria will be departing the program. After seeing the most recent episode, the media raised the question.

Victoria is taking charge of her life after playing the fool for far too long, according to the Y & R spoilers for Thursday, April 14, 2022. For far too long, she has believed Ashland Locke’s falsehoods.

She knew he had secrets, she discovered he was a lying liar who lies, however, it never occurred to her; he would lie about having cancer, so she married him, despite Billy Abbott and Nick Newman stepping out of their way to show her it was a huge mistake.

Victoria, on the other hand, had to learn the hard way, and her family had to stage an intervention in order for her to see the reality, and even then, we were unsure whether she had.

Victoria knows who Ashland is now and has enlisted the help of the entire Newman clan in the revenge plot. The actress won’t be able to pull this off unless everyone plays their parts to perfection.

In March 2007, she married Thad Luckinbill, who played her on-screen ex-husband, J.T. Hellstrom, on Young and the Restless.

Thaddeus Rowe, their first child together, was born on November 2, 2007. Georgia March, the couple’s second child, was born on December 17, 2009.
