CAIRO — More than 30 fire companies and ladies auxiliaries from four counties will be in Cairo on Saturday for the annual Greene County Volunteer Firefighters Association Convention.

Fire companies from Greene, Albany, Rensselaer and Ulster Counties are set to participate in the event. The parade will also include more than nine musical units, various color guards and two grand marshals,
