Zero stars is more like it. Got forced to update my regular citibank app - but the update is no longer compatible with android phones. What? No more app i guess. I tried installing this mobile check deposit app but it doesn't work at all. Doesn't recognize my username and password. The most frustrating app and I cannot understand why it's taking Citi so long to fix the problem. The updated version is obviously flawed. I cannot login with correct username and password. I would give it 0 star if that was an option. 47 people found this review helpful
Never used application. Mobile check deposits is a great resource when getting to a bank is impossible for desired customer transference transaction with banking institution. A little skeptical because of various problematic issues with this financial institution in the past as well as recently. In my estimation we need to incorporate more effective safety measures for money transference. My idea will be full proof solution.
