The carpet is filthy and has some major stains that are unrecognizable. I went into my aunts room and they hadnt cleaned it for 4weeks. Her bed sheets hadnt been changed and she had an accident at some point. I changed the sheets and requested the room to be cleaned and I was told it would be done today. One I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED OF ANY ISSUES. Two someone more the likely management went to court on my behalf because I never went to court because I WAS NOT NOTIFIED. This was definitely a plot to get us out so they can renovate and lease the apartment for more money. When we went to talk to the same management we gave the money to she acted as if we were lying was super rude and didn¢t care that she was basically screwing my life up for no good reason. Wasn¢t willing to check if they lost the money order or anything just a cold hearted case of ¢I don¢t care¢. She claimed she tried to ¢work with us¢ which is a lie because like I said no one notified us. This experience has been a complete nightmare. The apartment aren¢t even worth the prices. No amenities what do ever. Washer rooms never work homeless people constantly hanging around since the gates are never closed. Roaches and you can¢t forget about the black mold ¤. Thankfully I got approved at a really nice apartment elsewhere but be cautious of the place for the money you¢re better for renting somewhere else. Lawsuit forsure incoming more ... less ...

You have to argue and/or beg to get even simple things taken care of. The rent is market rate so theres no excuse not to get good service. But the grounds look nice and are always clean and well groomed, the units are fairly large, the complex is quiet and the neighbors are nice so its a fine place to live if you dont mind South Phoenix (which is a big if!).
