Hundreds of motorcycles paraded through Greenwood on Sunday, making their way from the Hobby Lobby parking lot to First Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, where they gathered for the annual Blessing of the Bikes. While pastors and members of Bikers for Christ blessed the bikes, people enjoyed live music and refreshments. Tags
How long does Blessing of the Bikes last?Music from biker/musicians hailing from Scottville, Greenville, and Six Lakes have rocked the crowd for nearly four hours, playing a variety of rock standards for an enthusiastic and appreciative crowd. This wholesome family oriented happening is held every year on the third Sunday in May.
