Getting Around Four Seasons at South Knolls

The houses here are really nice and well worth the money. We bought last year and came in under $300k. For everything you get here it's worth every penny. The clubhouse is fabulous and there is always some special activity or event going on. I especially like the driving range set-up here. It's a real convenience to be able to practice so close to home.

I have just about lived in New York for all of my life and after 30 years living in Staten Island my wife and I moved to Four Seasons South Knolls (FSSK). I moved here in 2012 and have lived here now for over a year. This is a very nice community and the people and the administration work well together as a family. The administration (HOA) home owners association is always open to input from all of us. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The indoor and outdoor pools and the indoor pool room and card room and offices are well kept and maintained. There is always some activities going on like trips and dances and BBQ's and outside entertainment for a modest fee. The people say hello and smile when they see you. This is a gated community and there is always a guard on duty checking to make sure the people entering are going to the right people by calling us and checking. I could go on and on and on, but you would have to see it to believe it. Why would you not want to be part of our community.
