Fisher-Price created the interactive Learn Through Music toy in 2011 for children ages 2-5. It features a touch screen, function buttons, and a small microphone for the child to sing along. It works with cartridges featuring popular children's characters, including Sesame Street characters. The system is sold with two cartridges, one of which is "Elmo's ABC Scavenger Hunt". The toy received an upgrade and was renamed the Learn Through Music Plus!; among the new features is the ability for the child to record and play back their own singing. The new version is sold with a "sampler" cartridge which includes Sesame Street. Additional cartridges are available for both versions of the toy.

Berkner now appears on a cartridge for Learn Through Music Plus by Fisher Price.

The Learn Through Music Plus system has two different components: a housing unit and a cartridge. The housing unit has a touch sensitive screen so kids can interact with different images.

The screen lights up as the child touches it. To play, first insert the cartridge into the unit. Music will play and the child can scroll through 15 different screens by pressing the arrow buttons.

Each screen uses a song, rhyme or rap to teach a lesson relating to the picture.

There are 2 modes - Musical Identification and Questions.

In Mode 1, lessons are taught through fun and memorable music and the child can press any object or character on the touch sensitive screen to hear it identified.

In Mode 2, the child can answer questions by pressing the objects on the screen. At any time, when the child presses on the screen, that area will light up, visually reinforcing the object or character that the child has selected.

There is also a microphone attached for sing-a-long play.
