When I had my financial and credit struggles, they were the first to come to my rescue. However, after years of being with them, they sell me my credit increase for a nominal fee, interest rate is still high at 26%, and there is STILL an annual fee which is deducted every month, which is a nuisance. I paid it off and use it very sparingly. Things could change, if they would change.
