The location. So close to the beach! The deck is great too.

They gave our room away so we had to wait until the next day to get in our original room. They did give us another room for the night. Not a big deal just a minor inconvenience.

The location of the hotel is by far the best part. The customer service at the Bistro was also good, but that is where the customer service ended.

The customer service was horrible. We spent $3,000 and had to beg to get our room cleaned once. When we asked multiple times, we were given attitude. The hotel seems to be managed by minimum wage and unqualified employees with not a care in the world.
