How To Use The New My K Cup Universal Reusable Filter

1. Pop out the pod holder in your Keurig machine.
2. Unless you have a Keurig 2.0 or Plus model, you need to remove the gray plastic adapter from the bottom of the My K-Cup filter. Grab the top with one hand. With your thumb on other hand, push down on the adapter opening while grasping the base.
3. Turn the lid counter clockwise to unlock it. This will allow you to remove the gray basket from the black holder.
4. Take the lid off. Add in your ground coffee. There are two max lines – one for a cup size and one for a travel mug. Fill to the max line for whichever size you are making. Do not fill above the max line!
5. Replace the lid and return the filter to the black holder. Turn the lid clockwise to lock it. Don’t turn it too far as you can break it.
6. Put the reusable insert in your brewer. Make sure the white arrow faces the back of the Keurig.
7. Lower the brewer handle. Select your desired drink size (I recommend 6 oz for a stronger cup).
