Aussie 3 minute miracle moist deep conditioner for 4c hair

I've recently started the Curly Girl Method (2-3 weeks ago) and one of the ingredients in A3MM is "dimethicone". I've tried a few deep conditioners before and this is the only product that has works for my hair. It makes my hair soft and "voluminous". I stopped using it due to the fact that it's not CG-friendly and I've noticed that my hair isn't really as "full" as it used to be. I've  always had thick hair and A LOT of it, too. It's definitely less frizzy but it literally looks like I don't have as much hair as I used to and it's freaking me out. So, I was wondering how I could include it into my CG routine. But if not, I would like to know any other wonderful alternatives to A3MM that's CG-friendly and will give my hair more volume.I use Shea Moisture's Coconut and Hibiscus Curl and Shine Shampoo/Curl & Style Milk and Herbal Essence's Totally Twisted gel and mousse

Are you using a sulfate-free shampoo? Do you notice buildup when using this product? If you see no ill effects and it seems to be washing out ok, I'd say go for it. It's not so much about rules; it's about what makes you happy!

I agree with the commenter before me. I was so ocd about reading ingredients on products that contain silicone ever since CG discourages it, but I have NEVER had issues with silicones. I've never had build up or anything because of it.

I agree with both comments previously written.  I feel the same as you about aussi deep conditioners (beach mate is a good 1 for softness and volume).  Until I went natural 7 months ago I used alot of serums after blowdrying my hair and they were full of silicones, I noticed build up and frizz with these, but only after going natural and learning about CG method, I could look back and say that's the reason why.  I don't use silicone stylers but I will still use silicone conditioners but I try to avoid leaving them in my hair ( I'll use a silicone free for the last rince) It is difficult, I live in the UK and many products have silicones etc in them, we still need to catch up with the US.

I use a sulfate free shampoo and aussie 2 minute miracle and my hair is fairly wavy/curly I'm not sure! It's my favorite conditioner, even though it doesn't have the best stuff in it, it makes my hair so soft, healthy feeling and frizz free! I posted a picture of my waves/curls because I can't really tell what this mop on my head is haha :)

My hair sounds the exact same as yours and seems to love silicone. I'd say as long as you sometimes cleanse your hair with a sulfate-free poo, you should be fine.

The only way to get rid of silicones left behind on the hair shaft is to use a sulfate shampoo.  Only sulfaes can get rid of silicones.  Hence why many sets for shampoos and conditioner have sulfates due to the condioner having silicones.  So if you use it or any other silicone product and don't use a sulfate shampoo,  eventually you will get a lot of buildup wish will leave the dry gross feeling and possibly cause an itchy/dry scalp.

Try Indian shampoos :) I use patanjali aloe vera shampoo. Mostly you won't need a conditioner if you have applied oil before washing it.

Is Aussie moisture good for 4c hair?

Aussie has been an affordable favorite for naturals for quite some time, but it's not just the price that makes it ideal. Ingredients found in the conditioner, like Australian aloe and jojoba oil, are great for sealing in moisture to keep the hair hydrated, all while giving you great slip to make detangling easy.

This product is not Curly Girl (CG) Method approved.

Do you put Aussie 3 Minute Miracle on wet or dry hair?

Is Aussie moist good for curly hair?

Aussie is great for curly hair and trying to keep them well defined. Coloring your hair can sometimes mess up your natural curls but this conditioner is perfect for keeping it up.
