I will be honest that after reading the reviews, i was really scared to go in but i was pleasantly surprised. Clean room, clean corridors. Reception staff was friendly and check-in took couple of minutes. We weren't happy with our sheets as it had some hair on checkin but that was taken care off immediately. Only bummer was breakfast, they had just waffles and sugary stuff. Nothing fresh or milk. The bed was ultra comfortable, the place was immaculately clean, and had one of the best buffet breakfasts I've had in recent memory. One observation: The front desk night staff were professional end very good at their job, but didn't seem too happy. It might not hurt for them to smile a bit or at least pretend like they somewhat enjoy their jobs. It's not a huge turnoff for me, but something that I did notice. Now of course it's possible that they had a bad day or were tired, I understand. I mean working graveyard shift is never easy. We have had many stays at different locations for weddings, weekend trips, events, etc. My husband and I recently had a wedding mid-march. We were unable to stay at the hotel we booked due to a family emergency. The next day, we called the hotel only to find out we were charged for two rooms (mistake of the hotel). Many calls made, voicemails left and it was hard to have the issue resolved (could also be because the recent pandemic). We tried calling again today and spoke with the general manager, MARK, who not only was patient in listening to the situation, friendly, but also very easy to talk to and accommodating to our issue with no problems or hesitation.
