American craftsman 50 series sliding door installation

How do you adjust an American Craftsman sliding screen door?

A: There's a screw in each corner of the screens frame. Put the screen door in place and tighten each screw 1 turn in at a time until the screen door seems a little tight to glide. Then back off the 2 bottom screws 1 turn each. That should be pretty close.

How do you put a sliding door on its track?

Make sure the rollers at the top are aligned first, then “walk” the bottom of the door into place, pushing the top of the screen door up into the track. You may need to rotate the adjustment screws at the top slightly to allow for movement. When the door is back in place, make sure to re-adjust the screws.

Where are the drainage holes on a sliding glass door?

On either end of your sliding door's track will be a series of small holes bored into the frame. These are known as Weep Holes and are designed to help drain water from the track and stop it from building up.
