2007 mazda 3 pcv valve location

This models does not have PCV valve! Only gasoline engines has the PCV valve underneath the air intake manifold, but i have found the problem!!!
Mazda 5,3,6, 2.0 diesel 2007-2010, low power, blue smoke, high pressure in the upper crankcase, the opinion of many mechanics was that the set of engine segments is finished, after much research and study, I discovered the problem: washers copper in the injectors heads were the problem. Due to the wear, they no longer sealed properly and all the pressure in the lower crankcase passed by the washers in the upper crankcase, including the oil in the bath was removed through the turbine ... The solution! Manually cleaned Denso deposit injectors, new washers and it's ready to go, no smoke and power like new! It is recommended to do this operation at an interval of 30,000-40,000 km if you detect blue smoke on the dipstick or the oil filler cap. I mention that the synchronization of the Denso injectors was done automatically by the car's computer.

    Mazda 3 PCV valve location?

I am trying to replace the pcv valve on my 2004 mazda 3 2.3 liter and cannot find where it is. I have heard that it is under the manifold but that really doesn't help me. I cant seem to find a chiltons or haynes manual anywhere in town that shows pics of the engine so if anyone has a pic or diagram or something very specific about the PCV valve location it would be greatly appreciated.

That is part of the emissions system and is warrantied for 80,000 miles.
I don't know if there is a time limit on it.
    Read the owners manual.

Excellent response...however, there is a new Haynes, "Mazda3 2004 thru 2011" repair manual available. Published, 2011. The number is 61012. It's available from Amazon for about $17. CAUTION...this manual does NOT cover supercharged engines.

    Hope this helps...virg

i noticed that the thread was pertaining to the placement of the PCV valve on a 2.3 lit motor. i have the 2.0 and am looking for the PCV valve and cant seem to find it. looking at the diagram that is pictured above my set up seems to look slightly different. Would anyone know where i would find the valve on the 2.0 setup?

What are the symptoms of a failing PCV valve?

Common signs of a faulty PCV valve include excessive oil consumption, oil leaking, a blocked breather filter, and reduction in overall performance.

Should I clean or replace PCV valve?

Car manufacturers suggest that PCV valves be cleaned or replaced after somewhere between 20,000 to 50,000 miles of driving. Consult your owner's manual to see where the PCV valve is located on your vehicle and what the recommended service intervals are.

    Where are PCV valves located?

The PCV valve, as you can probably guess, is located on the crankcase. The crankcase is the lowest part of a vehicle's engine. It houses the crankshaft and the engine oil. The crankshaft connects to the pistons that power the engine.

When should I replace my PCV filter?

Then most common part of the PCV valve that needs replacing is the filter. This filter is what catches the toxic fuel before it is able to do any damage to your vehicle. This filter needs replacing at least every 60,000 miles, though it is worth noting that many mechanics recommend you do this sooner.
