These handles are very solid and true-to-fit, and the hardware and drill bit are very high quality. As a complete kit these are hard to beat. My driver's door handle had completely broken apart, and although my other handles appeared okay, minor handling during replacement caused them to break as well. If one handle needs to be replaced then they likely all need to be replaced, if your budget allows. My Jeep Grand Cherokee is from 2005 and these handles are made for slightly newer models, but they work perfectly with very minor changes. The newer style handles use a metal clip behind the center screw hole to connect the handles to the doors; simply unscrew and discard the metal clips which come with the new handles and they will fit perfectly. The screw cover tab is too long for the older doors, but cutting off the end allows it to fit perfectly.I suggest starting with a rear door to get a feel for the process before you replace the driver's door handle. The included drill bit will remove the plastic very quickly and there is not much plastic to use, so drill very slowly. It would be best to break and remove the old handle before drilling out the plastic rivets. Remove as little plastic as possible and test fit the new handle. Use a razor blade to remove any remaining plastic on the edges of the posts until the new handle fits in place against the door panel. Install the screws BY HAND because a drill will quickly strip the plastic. I found the washers too thick in most cases and the screw heads are large enough that I did not need them, but be careful. A few plastic posts on my doors were shallower than the rest and the screw tip poked the visible plastic on the outside when I didn't use the washers. If you feel any resistance before the screw head touches the handle, remove it and use a washer, and you shouldn't have any problems. The gray color match was perfect, but the new handles were smooth, and my original handles had a checkered textured surface which matched other surfaces in the interior. I was able to swap the original handles into the new handle pockets before installation and the fit was perfect. This step was not necessary but I was glad I was able to do it. These new handles are solid and should outlast the vehicle! Reviews with images

Kit in Gray for Jeep Grand Cherokee First, no drill it included :( You do, however, need to address the sloppy inventory practice and determine the correct hardware for proper installation! Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on August 11, 2021 Took these to my mechanic to install. There were no instructions or srews etc. My mechanic said they didn't work well with my jeep even though they said they were made for them. Bad design. Now I have to order full door panels.
