The ECM is logging a fault. THROTTLE malfuction is minor....a cmd fault. Its being stored for the tech back at the shop. Do not try to clear it. Keep Running unless the truck becomes unsafe to drive. The Freightliner shop can clear all the faults when doing a routine pm and advise you what happened.
You should log date and time the fault happened so you can reference to it if it continues...It may even clear itself by restarting the engine.

Thank you man! Great to know... also Its been a few days when I tried to increase the speed rpm seems to not work, speedometer moves but the truck speed does not... would that have anything to do with what we mention above?
Looks like the problem is a sensor or even in the program itself. Do you have a Dealer inroute...should you lose power?
Yeah I’m looking for one on the way most are close because its Sunday, if any parts needed. But i will for sure check one tomorrow.

Lets actually see what PSL has to say about this fault code and not some haphazard guess.
From your picture, it looks like you have an ICU4M, and it is stating the ENG[ine] 2 (aka, MCM), SPN 3464 FMI 31. (I'm guessing you have an EPA 10 DD15 since you did not specify vintage of DD15...)

What about intake manifold pressure to high? Is that an Imap sensor???
Crankcase breather filter?
That I dont know... If you haven't changed out the Imap sensor I would do it anyhow or atleast remove it and see how much soot is built up.
