We stopped in for a shot of espresso and a banana split sundae ice cream. The line was long and a popular store. Basic store that did its' job.

Quality product but the high school students working were not friendly or attentive. The facility needed a good cleaning. Great location, management just needs to step up their game.

The ice cream is alright, BUT not as good as Baskin Robbins. The staff were nice enough but way too casual/unprofessional, unthankful for their customers, and… did not demonstrate basic restaurant cleanliness!!! The young man who served our ice cream then saw some friends wander...in and shook several of their hands, some at great length and with much fanfare and lots of different “touches”. He went right back to serving without washing his hands. No one was wearing any sort of gloves while handling cones etc. I’d say the manager and owner were AWOL, completely disconnected from this poorly run franchisee, leaving their young staff are utterly untrained. DEFINITELY would NOT return. We found a Baskin Robbins another night and the staff - just as young - were polite, thankful, and professional. What a difference a little management makes… Haagen Dazs should be embarrassed and pull the plug on this one.More

I was tickled to see a Haagen-Dazs store near the Plaza. Waited my turn in line. A very young man asked what he could get me and I asked for a cup of "Rum Raisin." Of what? I said, "Rum Raisin." Blank stare. We communicated....He had never heard of Rum Raisin. I joked that it must have been "before his time." Another young man said that they get it in occasionally, but not often. So I asked for a scoop of Coffee ice cream in a cup. When it got rung up, the first young man told the Cashier that I had two scoops. Ok, whatever, I paid for and ate both scoops but had only wanted one.More

The best thing going for this Haagen_Dazs store is the location, which is next to the plaza. The portions were good, but the price was very high. They had a decent selection of ice cream and staff was friendly.

Me wife could not stand to have any more Mexican food so she chose ice cream for lunch. She really liked the ice cream but was disturbed by the lack of price signage for what was offered. Pretty shady.

I grew up getting ice cream from from Haagen Dazs shop on the Plaza, so when I found myself visiting Santa Fe this week, it was on my to-do list. Sadly, though, the place I knew as a child no longer exists. The shop used...to have a warm feeling, art on the walls. Now it's this sterile empty space. Even worse than that was the service. Apparently, they had put the closed sign up shortly before I walked in. I failed to notice that (an understandable mistake because it was 8:50 pm, an odd time to close), so I made the mistake of entering. As I walked in one of the people behind the counter barked "make it quick" at me. I was confused. The customer that he was helping was also confused and asked if the employee was talking to him. The employee made it clear I was the nuisance. I get the frustration when someone doesn't realize you're closed. I've been there. But that's when you say "Sorry, we just closed. I hope you can come back another time" or "You know, we just closed, but I'll be happy to help you out." Just a bummer to realize something that meant so much as a fixture of my childhood is really gone. I don't see myself deciding to go back.More

This is not your father's ice cream parlor. It is youthful, eclectic, and counter-cultural, but the ice cream is wonderful! Take your waffle cone and go to the plaza on a summer's night and people watch! Cheap entertainment. The prices are high and on occasions,...the service staff is overwhelmed. Still worth the small amount of aggrivation.More

One of our favorite snack places if we are downtown hanging out. It is right across from the Plaza, so you can grab a bite and go sit on a bench and watch the crowd.

What does the word Häagen

And so he cobbled together a name: Häagen-Dazs. A fine, Danish-sounding name that means… Absolutely nothing. “Häagen-Dazs doesn't mean anything,” Mattus said. “[But] it would attract attention, especially with the umlaut.”

What were the original three Häagen

Dedicated To Great Ice Cream He married business whizz Rose, and together they launched Häagen-Dazs with three simple flavours: chocolate, vanilla and coffee.

What are the ingredients in Häagen

Cream, concentrated skim milk, sugar, liquid egg yolk, instant brazilian coffee. May contain peanuts / nuts.

How is Häagen

Simply put, the lower overrun ratios means fewer ice crystals, producing a much denser, creamier, and richer texture and taste. With super-premium ice cream, then, you are getting less air and more product.
