Hi the reason why you wouldnt find any pawn shops or cashconverters buy tungsten ( or titanium for that matter) is because they are not a precious commodity like Gold or Silver. True that it has desirable properties like scratch resistance and solid feel- however these are all incorporated into the manufacturing
process- as a real world example lets say you bought a bullet proof Daihatsu. ( please dont get me wrong -its only an example to explain ;your ring could be stunning) So the intrinsic value is probably the scrap value of tungsten which is a couple of dollars as forging the ring at 3000 degrees celcius which can be costly does not matter when someone who cant trade it easily would buy it.
