Mother's Day Out - Early Learning Program
The ELP is a ministry of South Community Church that will develop and maintain a safe learning environment where preschool children can grow socially, emotionally, physically, cognitively, and spiritually with age-appropriate curriculum.

Our Early Learning Program is a Mother's Day out service open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9:30am - 2:30pm.

Central Child Care Center
Central Child Care Center is an outreach program of CUMC providing both full-time and part-time childcare for children ages 6 weeks old until they enter Kindergarten. It is designed to provide a safe, happy and healthy learning and growing environment for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. Our primary goal is to help each child attain his/her greatest potential by providing a positive self-concept through educational, emotional and physical development. CCCC is accredited through Better Beginnings of Arkansas. We use the Adventures in Learning curriculum for toddlers and preschool age, and Connecting with Infants curriculum for infants through 18 months old. Children are given a wide variety of social and physical activities, while enhancing their emotional and spiritual growth. They participate in chapel time, library time, art, music, science, math, learning centers and imaginative play. We understand the importance of early childhood education and as we strive to connect with each child, they are given every learning opportunity that they will need to be prepared for Kindergarten.
Central United Methodist Church has two licensed weekday programs for your young children. Whether you need care and education every business day or only a couple, whether full-time or part-time, Central Rogers offers several choices to you with warm, loving and trained staff. Tiny Tots Preschool is a 3-hour/multiple days a week program designed to help each child learn with more joy, more meaning, more purpose, and more satisfaction so that they might make a smoother transition into Kindergarten. This program follows the traditional Rogers Public School Calendar. We hope to pave the way to successful learning, coupled with the sheer joy of discovering new and different concepts through reading, writing, oral language, listening, math, science, socialization, art, music and physical education. Tiny Tots is offered to three and four year olds and is based on the public school system entry birth date of August 1st.
-Four year olds attend for a half day on Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Monday through Friday.
-Three year olds attend for a half day on Tuesday and Thursday or Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
Parents Day Out ProgramOne of our most popular programs is Kid City's Parents Day Out (PDO) for children 1 to 4 years old. Parents love the flexibility of this program because it is designed to meet the needs of today's busy stay-at-home parent. The PDO format is unique among preschools in Northwest Tucson. Parents have the option to enroll their child 1 to 5 days per week. Beginning in early August, the program follows a traditional school calendar. PDO is a year round program that requires parents to give a 2 week notice prior to withdrawing if they choose to leave for the summer months. If parents choose to have students remain in the program for the summer, no paperwork is required. Students promote in August to the next class level. Hours of operation are 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Parents choose the day(s) they prefer when registering. Children experience hands-on learning activities, Bible stories, music, creative arts, outdoor experiences, snack and play under the loving direction of qualified staff. Parents Day Out is often a child's first experience in a preschool setting. It is a safe way to introduce children to life and relationships outside of the home.
