A little over a week after she shared a heartwarming post about her son Kross’s birthday, Lauren London has returned with another for her other son, Kameron Carter. The actress closed out the month of August by sharing that Kross Asghedom, the child she shares with the late Nipsey Hussle, turned five years old.
“Kross The Boss! [checkered flag emoji],” London wrote at the time. “My baby is 5. My Lighthouse My Strength Love [blue heart emoji] BabyHussle.”

Today (September 9) marks Kameron’s 12th birthday, the pre-teen son of both London and Lil Wayne. She shared a photo of the growing boy and added, “Pure Love Full of Integrity Compassionate Brave Honorable Strong 12 is the Magic # Happiest Birthday to the Soul that shifted my Universe.”
“King Kam,” London continued. “Love You Son #HappybirthdayKam [smiling face with halo emoji][blue heart emoji].” Friends like Vanessa Bryant, Melanie Fiona, O.T. Genasis, Dwyane Wade, 2 Chainz, Lena Waithe, Nicki Minaj, Gabrielle Union, Nivea, and hundreds of thousands of others joined in to wish young Kameron a Happy Birthday.
Back in November 2020, Kameron made an appearance on Wayne’s No Ceilings 3 where he was featured alongside his father on “Kam.” Not only does he look like his dad, but he seems to be following in his footsteps. Check out London’s post below.

Kameron Karter is twelve years old! The son of Lil Wayne and Lauren London celebrated his birthday on Thursday (Sept. 9).
Lauren London took to Instagram to commemorate her son’s special day. “Pure Love. Full of Integrity. Compassionate. Brave. Honorable. Strong. 12 is the Magic number,” Lauren wrote online. “Happiest Birthday to the Soul that shifted my Universe,” the celebrity mom said. “King Kam,” London added. “Love You, Son.”
Kameron Karter is Lauren London’s oldest child. Lauren kept the paternity of her son a secret for a while in an effort to maintain a balance between her life as an actress and her private affairs. News of Lil Wayne fathering Kameron, however, spread as Wayne started sharing pictures of his kids with social media fans.
It has been quite the journey for Lauren London as both an entertainer and mother. The celebrity recently spoke with the Los Angeles Times about her journey to rebuild after her youngest son’s father, Nipsey Hussle, was murdered.
“I think when really hard things happen to people it’s just hard to think that life will ever be sweet again,” Lauren told the newspaper. “I lost what I would say is the love of my life,” London shared with the press. “So I had to go so deep within myself,” she explained.
“I was so in a dark space and it was just like, ‘What is this? Who am I? God, please show me,'” Lauren said of her journey. “When you’re facing God face-on, you’re asking real questions and you want real answers. It wasn’t for play. I really wanted to know what was going on. So, I think it just has expanded because of my quest for peace.”
Lauren London and Nipsey Hussle’s son, Kross, celebrated his fifth birthday a few weeks ago. March marked the second-year anniversary of Nipsey Hussle’s death. Lil Wayne has four kids in all.

Lauren London and Lil Wayne’s son recently celebrated his birthday. Lauren penned the sweetest message to her baby boy on social media. In the post, she said,
“Pure Love, Full of Integrity, Compassionate. Brave, Honorable, Strong. 12 is the Magic #.” She went on to say, “Happiest Birthday to the Soul that shifted my Universe. King Kam. Love You Son.”In the photo, Kam looks exactly like Lil Wayne and his mom. Take a look:
In the comment section on Instagram, one user said, “he’s literally mixed with Lil Wayne and Nipsey Hussle. Man, he’s gonna change the world mark my words. I’m not gonna’ speak on how Kam gon tear the world up.”
This sparked a little chatter in the comment section. Other critics in the comment section defended the user who made the Lil Wayne/Nipsey remark. Another user chimed in and said, “I know exactly what your saying, no disrespect to his father, but Nipsey poured into this young king and that’s a touch of Nips aura shining through that seems to be physically manifested. I see it too.”
Nipsey and London have a son, Kross Ermias Asghedom, 5. For Kross’s birthday, he sported an all-white fit with a chain with a picture of his dad. ” Take a look:
Nipsey was killed on March 31, 2019. Prosecutors say Eric Holder shot Hussle in the head and torso. On May 9, 2019, a grand jury indicted Holder on one count of murder, two counts of attempted murder and assault with a firearm, and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon. If convicted, he faces life in state prison.
Holder’s trial got pushed back a few times. Over the summer, he attained a new lawyer, which delayed the trial more. A follow-up hearing was scheduled in the first week of September, but there hasn’t been a report on it. We’ll keep you updated.
