Our first room soon as we got in the tv was broke had cracks all in the TV and room smelled like mildew. Changed to a second room. Room was still small. The pull out couch the so called
mattress was so thin you can fill the bars in you back. Definitely not comfortable what so ever. The pillows had stains on them. The room did not have any sheets or covers for the pullout bed and it took over an hour to get that and other towels and washcloths. We also were hit with extra fee’s we had no clue about which was super disappointing. And when booking they NEVER disclose that the water park has a fee as well. That’s 20.00 per day. When reading on the site no place does it say you have
to pay for the water park on the property. Why would guest have to pay extra for that if we are already staying on the property. Stayed 4 nights in Aug 20222/5 Poor
