No frills hotel. Clean room, friendly staff and good breakfast made the stay very comfortable. Marriott continued to maintain its standards. However the experience was further delighted by chef shubho who was always available during breakfast and ensured if i had any special request for food was taken care of. Chef santosh instantly prepared food i requested during breakfast. Restaurant service staff devjit was on his toes at all times ensuring a pleasant morning breakfast for me. And of course at the front desk wasim greeted me with a smile each time he saw me during the day. Thank you each one of u for making the stay very comfortable

Budget hotel by Marriot

First of all, I am amazed by the behaviour of hotel staff. They look so polite and humble. I enjoyed throughout our stay. Starting from check in, they gave us early check in as our flight was early so I liked that. Then, we had breakfast which was mouth watering. They have wide variety of options available for breakfast. Idli, dosa, museli, wada, one subzi, fruit juice, milk, tea, coffee and much more. I can't even remember 😄. What I liked the most was ALOO PARATHA 😋 I stayed for 2 days. Room was a bit small but not complaining for that because we just have to sleep, rest of the time we explored the city. The only thing which I didn't like was BATHROOM. It was very small. All other things were excellent. Thanks to Marriot for this amazing hospitality. Will visit soon again in future... 😊

I had opted for a package which includes BB, one additional meal, 30 hour stay and complimentary bucket of beverage. During check-in no one explained me about the package and inclusive and how do I get it such as meal and bucket of beverages. No details of Wi-Fi. Upon enquiring myself about check-in and check-out for my booking I was told it's normal timing. I had to negotiate with a guy for the 30 hour stay. No room number floor details. I figured out and went ahead. You are welcomed in town's smallest room. Honestly IBIS, Radisson Blue and other equivalent hotels have more specious rooms. Spending 30 hours in that box was another challenge. I had to rearrange some of the things to make a space. Then headed for free lunch. I am using this word because you will get more variety in town's any other meal. Soup, roti and sabji, dal and rice. I could enjoy soup but roti sabji was less than home made one so couldn't finish. In all had almost nothing. Seeing unfinished meal, got a call from kitchen if any issue and they want me to order something else. But by then the moment was already lost and I had ordered from Swiggy after leaving restaurant. Free beverages were not placed in room. Neither anyone called. After asking at reception, I was told there are many guests and I will get a call back. Didn't get any. When I went down to really take things in hand, I was told it will be sent. I had paid for the package but treatment was as if Marriott is spending on my food and beverages. They add many things in offer as if they would make your experience great but eventually you need to fight for everything which is so called complimentary. Its treated as free from Marriott. I had one more day stay. Headed to my old choice Radisson for next night.

The hotel staff was prompt and very disciplined. Didn't have the opportunity to experience the gym and spa as the stay was shorter. Cleanliness was good overall. However the washroom drainage system was not proper and as a result of it the washroom remained wet for a longer duration, which was definitely a point of concern while we were staying. The thing we appreciate would be that we were allowed for early check in and late checkout without any hassles. Would love to schedule the stay again if we plan again for pune

Very small rooms more like a business hotel even on request despite being a gold member and reaching late night the receptionist was not n mood to upgrade though the hotel was empty

Location: although the property is located on the main road the upkeep is not as per the mark of marriott, in order to cut the cost maintenance of furniture and fixtures is compromised. Food: very limited menu unlike other 3-4 star hotels, mostly indian menu limited to paratha, idli, vada and dosas. Breakfast spread has been limited as a part of cost centric effort. Hygiene: although external upkeep is too good internal corridors and especially the rooms had some stink maybe because of improper cross ventilation.

Room were ok but more of 3 star hotel kind not 4 star they mentioned. Similar with breakfast mostly meh of 3 star hotel kind. Hotel staff was courteous though. Room card lock was finicky and took 3-4 attempts to open even by the hotel staff. There are no sign board/lights visible while coming from mundhwa -kharadi rd on hotel side. As person not from city, every-time i had to slow down car to really find hotel or easy to miss it. Stacked parking is painful for longer vehicles, hardly any space for manoeuvring.

Faifield marriott is well located hotel, with good and helping staff. Food is although okay, in compare to other fairfield marriott hotels. Food quality in terms of taste need to improve further.
