Are emily and kobe still together 2023

Watching TLC’s hit reality TV franchise 90 Day Fiancé is literally like watching a trainwreck — sometimes it’s just so awful that you can’t look away. And with several spinoffs, there is always some sort of drama going down on Sunday and Monday nights.

On the flagship 90 Day Fiancé series, which premiered in January 2014, couples are made up of one American citizen and one foreigner who have already applied for and obtained a K-1 visa, a.k.a. the “fiancé visa,” which allows the foreigner to enter the United States under the condition that they will marry their significant other within 90 days. TLC cameras document the 90-day countdown to their wedding days which are almost always full of fights, stress, and tears.

The first spinoff, 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, features fan-favorite couples who were previously on 90 Day Fiancé and have already tied the knot. The series premiered in September 2016 and documents the couples’ struggles as they adjust to their new lives together. For most of them, the honeymoon phase ends pretty quickly.

With the success of Happily Ever After?, TLC ordered a second spinoff in November 2016, 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days. The series documents a couple — made up of an American citizen and a foreigner — who are in a long-distance relationship. Most of the couples have not met each other in person yet after dating online, and it’s usually the American traveling to the foreigner’s country in order for them to meet for the first time. Other couples previously met during a vacation, and most of them get engaged during their seasons so that they can begin the K-1 visa process. Couples who obtain their K-1 visas may return to the franchise on 90 Day Fiancé proper.

90 Day Fiancé: What Now?originally launched as a web series in March 2017, but following major success, it now premieres online first via the TLCgo app before airing on TV. Couples who appear on What Now? have all appeared on other spinoffs of the franchise.

For couples who have not been asked back to join any of the previous spinoffs, most likely because they are no longer together or no longer have a compelling story to tell, they may be asked to return to the franchise on the spinoff 90 Day Fiancé: Pillow Talk. The show, which premiered in April 2019, allows fans watched their favorite stars as they watch the current season of the franchise and react to the story lines.

Following the major success of all previous spinoffs, TLC debuted 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way in May 2019. The show flipped the 90 Day Fiancé premise, so the American is the one who is relocating to a foreign country in order to be with the one they love.

On top of all of the spinoffs, two sets of fan-favorite stars were given their own spinoffs based on their own lives and their families. The Family Chantel, featuring Chantel and Pedro Jimenofrom 90 Day Fiancé season 4, debuted in April 2019. In August 2020, a spinoff featuring 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days stars Darceyand Stacey Silva, titled Darcey & Stacey, premiered.

The franchise also launched two limited series in 2020. 90 Day Fiancé: Self-Quarantined was a self-filmed mini-series featuring fan-favorite couples who shared updates on their lives as they quarantined during the coronavirus pandemic. B90 Strikes Back!features the cast of season 4 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days as they react to fan comments and tweets about them.

Despite all of the relationship drama, the show has a pretty good track record. Most of the couples who have appeared on the show are still together — and only a handful of them are divorced or broken up.

Yve and Mohamed

90 Day Fiancé season 9 newcomers Yve Arellano and Mohamed Abdelhamed seemed to struggle the most with cultural differences than their costars, as Yve is Native American and Mohamed is Muslim. Yve and the Egyptian native didn’t agree on the topic of children, modesty and even their wedding plans.

While the pair tied the knot and completed the K-1 requirement, Mohamed and Yve split after less than one year of marriage, In Touch exclusively confirmed on August 22.

News first broke in July after Instagram blogger Merry Pants claimed Mohamed had carried out several inappropriate text message relationships with women he met online. On part 2 of the 90 Day Fiancé tell-all, Mohamed came clean to the allegations and revealed he met a girl online.

“She was very nice, I thought we [were] friends … And then, things started to get bigger,” he explained in a solo confessional. “Yve saw my phone. She saw the text messages, and that’s how Yve knew.”

TLC showed the text messages between Mohamed and the other women, one of which appeared from him that read, “I would just keep you in bed for days.” In another message that appeared to be from 90 Day Fiancé alum, he wrote, “I will go to the attorney right after I get the green card.”

Following the airing of the scene, Yve took to social media to spill more tea about the younger fitness fanatic.

“Let me be clear. Of course, I blame him as well,” Yve wrote via her Instagram Stories that day.  “First time I get to say anything though. Everyone was demanding I say something [and] finally get to, so just take it as facts … [and] one of these women was still married as well.”

Amid the cheating scandal, In Touch exclusively confirmed that Yve was charged on August 15 with one count of battery and one count of assault after her estranged husband accused her of attacking him while trying to gain access to his phone.

A rep for Yve dismissed the charges and claimed they were “falsified by Mohamed.”

“Mohamed and the woman he has been cheating on Yve with have discussed his options from the very beginning,” Dominique Enchinton, of Dominton Talent House, told In Touch. “They specifically discussed a U-Visa and how Mohamed could qualify for this just in case Yve found out about his indiscretions.”

Emily Bieberly and Kobe Blaise also joined 90 Day Fiancé season 9 as newcomers. Their 90 days leading up to their wedding day were full of drama and tension as Emily and Kobe disagreed on how to coparent their son, Koban, as well as finances.

While Kobe promised Emily he would keep the pregnancy a secret until their nuptials, he felt immense guilt for not informing her parents of the news.

Despite the ups and downs, Emily and Kobe are happily raising their two kids in Kansas and have shared plans to continue to grow their family.

Jesse and Jeniffer

Jesse Meester and Jeniffer Tarazona returned to the franchise on season 2 of 90 Day: The Single Life, where the couple documented their first visit together. Amber and Daniel

Amber and Daniel joined the 90 Day universe on season 1 of the discovery+ spinoff  Love in Paradise: The Caribbean, A 90 Day Story. They struggled with trust issues and the stress of preparing for Daniel’s K-1 visa interview throughout their story line, but it seems everything worked out for them in the end.

According to their posts on social media, Daniel has since moved from Costa Rica and is living with Amber in Florida. In Touch confirmed the pair tied the knot on August 3, 2022. The Love in Paradise couple’s wedding played out during a March 2022 episode of 90 Day Diaries.

However, despite their issues, the TLC couple is still fighting for their relationship. The Florida native shared an update on their romance in July 2022.

Aryanna and Sherlon

Aryanna and Sherlon met while she was on vacation in his native Jamaica. After spending several days together, Aryanna returned home to Quincy, Illinois, where she learned she was pregnant. She documented her trip back to Jamaica to visit Sherlon on season 1 of Love in Paradise, where they struggled to agree on a future for their relationship and as a family of three. Aryanna wanted to get engaged and start Sherlon’s K-1 visa process, but Sherlon wanted to go the route of the tourist visa to give them time to figure out if they want to fully commit to marriage.

When the pair returned for season 2 of the spinoff, it had been a year since Aryanna’s last trip and the relationship had hit a major rough patch. When the mom of one returned to the island, she learned Sherlon had been seeing other women. As far as their relationship status, their social media activity hints at a possible breakup.

In July 2022, Aryanna seemingly confirmed their split following the Jamaica native’s post on Instagram that detailed the difference between a “baby mama” and “mother of your child.”

The post defined a “baby mama” as “a female who is mad at the fact that she can’t have you back, so she becomes spiteful, jealous and crazy.” “She tries to make your life and all relationships a living hell,” the post continued. “And will do anything she can to make your relationship with your child difficult any chance she gets.”

In a since-deleted comment, captured by bloggers, Kiki and Kibbitz, Aryanna had strong words for the father of her child.

“He posted this because he has done absolutely nothing for our son,” she detailed in the comment section. “He’s given no money, has bought him nothing. Don’t let him fool you.”

A month later, Sherlon seemingly went Instagram official with another woman. Sherlon shared a selfie on August 20, 2022, with an unidentified woman and captioned it with the hashtags, #datenight,” #islandlifestyle” and “#stayhumble.”

Aryanna dragged her baby father in the comment section of the post, claiming that he has not stepped up as a father figure since filming ended.

The couple has shared several loved-up photos on social media and Steven appears to be in the United States with Martine.

In December 2021, In Touch confirmed that the pair worked out their past issues and tied the knot in a wedding ceremony held in August 2021 in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.

The couple made their reality TV debut on season 3 of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way. The Salt Lake City native met the Russian brunette beauty on a language sharing app. After meeting in person for the first time, they decided to take the next step in their relationship. They experienced ups and downs in their relationship while in Turkey, but they eventually got engaged during a romantic proposal on a boat. While it seems as though they had to race against time and may not have made it down the aisle by the end of their season, Steve shared a clue that they may still be together.

In a scene that aired during season 3 in October 2021, Alina made Steven deleted his Instagram account after he admitted to messaging other women on the app. Shortly after the episode aired, he explained why he still has an Instagram account despite Alina’s ultimatum.

“Since that scene I still have not created a new Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media besides Instagram which she was okay with me keeping,” Steven wrote via Instagram on October 25, 2021. “I actually planned on deleting my Instagram but she insisted that Facebook was my problem. The couple faced the biggest obstacles out of their costars on 90 Day season 7. Their first plan was to meet in Mexico where they would self-quarantine for 14 days before traveling into the United States together, but Amira was detained almost immediately after she arrived. After spending three days in detainment, she was deported back to France.

Andrew convinced Amira to travel again, this time to Serbia. There, she would self-quarantine for 14 days again and then board a flight to the United States. Tim and Melyza

Tim and Melyza’s relationship was already hanging on by a thread when they joined the cast of The Other Way season 2. Tim admitted to cheating on Melyza with a coworker and he tried to prove his commitment to her by leaving everything behind in the states to move to Colombia to be with her.

Ultimately, they could not work through their issues and the last straw in their relationship was when Melyza refused to marry Tim so that he could legally work in the country. Since he would not be able to find a job, he decided it would be best for him to return to Dallas and they had an emotional goodbye at the airport.

By the time they returned to the franchise on the January 3, 2021 episode of discovery+’s 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way Strikes Back, they were already broken up.

“Well, since the last time you saw us, me and Melyza aren’t together and things haven’t been the greatest between us since then. We still share Pepino,” Tim said, confirming his split from Melyza.

In February, the couple appeared on an episode of discovery+’s spinoff 90 Day Bares All and revealed the reason for their breakup. After Tim moved back to Texas, Melyza found out he had been flirting with a second coworker, which caused the couple to fight even more. Fed up with the tension, Tim to broke up with Melyza and not long after their split, he went on a date with a third coworker.

It looks like he changed his mind and decided he wanted to be with Melyza instead because they got back together shortly after. Tim and Melyza reunited in Colombia and just 24 hours after Tim landed, he proposed to her — and she said yes.

“Our engagement feels right,” Melyza gushed in a statement to People following their announcement on March 7. “Putting a ring on it doesn’t solve it all, but it’s definitely a big step in the right direction, surely one that we wanted to take years ago.”

Tim added, “Being engaged to Melyza is the most complete I have ever felt in my life.”

Despite all of their fighting, the new parents ended their season on a happy note when Biniyam proposed to Ariela and she said yes. They returned for season 3 of The Other Way and confirmed that Bini’s K-1 via was approved at the tell-all.

They shared their journey as Bini moved from Ethiopia to New Jersey with Ari and Avi and adjusted to life as a family of 3 in America on season 9 of 90 Day Fiancé. The pair tied the knot in New Jersey during an August 2022 episode of the series and are still going strong!

Kenny and Armando

Kenny and Armando marked the franchise’s second same-sex couple. They documented their sweet and emotional love story on The Other Way season 2. Kenny moved to Mexico to start a life with Armando and his daughter from a previous marriage, Hannah, but the couple’s relationship and engagement was not easily accepted by Armando’s family. The couple also fought for their right to marry, since Mexico’s same-sex marriage laws are not as progressive as other countries

Despite their obstacles, the couple is still together and lives as a family of three with Hannah in Mexico. They got married in May 2021.

Tiffany and Ronald

The Other Way season 1 stars had a messy public split in January 2020. Although they quickly reconciled, Tiffany and Ronald appeared to call it quits again in May. The hot and cold couple seemed to get back on good terms again by late June, but the pair broke up again in August 2021. In an exclusive statement to In Touch at the time, Ronald claimed he filed for divorce from Tiffany.

Three months later, Ronald had already moved on romantically. He went Instagram official with his new girlfriend in November 2021

However Ronald’s new romance was short-lived as by January 2022, In Touch exclusively confirmed that Ron and Tiffany had reconciled and were “working” on their family. While the mom of two is set to make a return on season 3 of The Single Life, the South African native seemingly confirmed in August 2022 they were still together.

“We will always face struggles but at the end [of the day], we overcome them together!” Ronald wrote in a since-deleted Instagram tribute to his wife. “You make me strong. I fall and hurt you often, I’m human, I’m sorry, but if it wasn’t for you taking my hand and telling me, ‘Let’s try again’ every time, I don’t know where I’ll be! Thank you for everything. Thank you for the time and effort to bring the kids to me, I appreciate it a lot! And to crown it all, [it is] always wonderful spending time with you. Also, [you’re a] great mother [and an] even better partner. Thank you for [being] you.”

Geoffrey and Varya

This couple was not invited to join the Before the 90 Days season 4 tell-all because of Paschel’s pending assault charges. They sparked rumors that they were still together when Varya moved from Russia to the United States in December 2020, eventually settling down in Florida.

Paschel stood trial in his domestic violence case, where he was found guilty of all charges — aggravated kidnapping, domestic violence and interference with an emergency call — in October 2021. After taking a brief Instagram hiatus, Varya returned to social media nearly two weeks after the trial and shared a message of support for Paschel, hinting that they may still be together.

She further fueled speculation when she revealed she was selling her house in Florida in November 2021, and announced she was moving again. Varya later confirmed that she relocated to Tennessee and is living in Paschel’s home, where she is caring for his dogs. Paschel remains in jail and is due back in court for sentencing on December 3.

In February 2022, Geoffrey was sentenced to 18 years in prison after being found guilty of aggravated kidnapping, domestic assault and interference with emergency calls. Varya stood by his side throughout the trial. Following his guilty verdict, Varya’s friend Natalie Mordovtseva shared a photo of them appearing cozy together.

Avery and Omar

This couple is still going strong despite facing major obstacles. Avery and Omar were introduced to fans on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 3. Avery, who is from Columbus, Ohio, had recently converted to Islam and a friend suggested she use a Muslim dating app to find a partner. She didn’t realize the settings were set to international, which is how she matched with Omar, who lived in Syria at the time.

After dating online for several months, Omar and Avery decided to meet in person. Because Syria was in the midst of a civil war, they agreed to meet in Beirut, Lebanon and Avery’s mother accompanied her on her trip. After giving the couple her blessing, Avery and Omar tied the knot in a traditional Muslim wedding ceremony.

The couple was then faced with the struggle of continuing their romance in a long-distance marriage as Omar returned to Syria and Avery returned to America. They immediately began the process for Omar’s spousal visa, which would allow him to enter the U.S. as Avery’s husband. But since there was a travel ban on Syrian citizens, they would require a waiver before he would be approved for the visa which was very difficult to achieve.

The couple appeared on season 4 of 90 Day Fiancé: What Now? where Avery documented her second trip to Lebanon to reunite with her husband and meet his family. During their vacation, Avery and Omar came up with a plan for their future: they would try for the visa and if the visa is not approved, they would move to the United Arab Emirates.

When the couple returned for the limited series, 90 Day Fiancé: Self-Quarantined in May, they had some bad news. Omar had received an interview for his visa for March 30, 2020, but it was canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

“If he doesn’t get to come here within the next six months, we are going to move to the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.) to Dubai,” she said at the time. “But it really ruins his chances to come to the U.S. because I will no longer have a job in the U.S. If I’m working in Dubai, that doesn’t count for his visa here. It’s like we’re back at square one. And we really don’t know what to do.”

Ultimately, they decided the U.A.E. was their best option, because Avery confirmed she and Omar are living together in December 2020. According to her posts on social media, it appears she and Omar relocated to either Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Both cities are part of the U.A.E.

After living together in the U.A.E. for about three months, the couple took to YouTube to announce some very exciting news in March 2021: Omar received his visa! The couple quickly moved back to the U.S. and have been living together in New Jersey ever since.

Michael and Juliana

This couple brought minimal drama when they debuted on 90 Day Fiancé season 7, despite their nearly 20-year age gap. Michael also had close relationship with his ex-wife, Sarah, and it seemed like the perfect recipe for tension as he was adding his younger, Brazilian model bride to their blended family. Fortunately, they all seemed to get along great for the sake of Michael and Sarah’s two kids, Max and CeCe.

They tied the knot in October 2019, and Sarah officiated the nuptials. While it seemed like the couple was in wedded bliss, Juliana hinted at tension during an episode of TLC’s limited series  90 Day Fiancé: Self-Quarantined in May 2022. At the time, Juliana and Michael were hunkered down in the same house with Sarah, her husband, Sean, as well as Max and CeCe while self-quarantining together amid the coronavirus pandemic. “Living in the house with everyone is easy and hard at the same time,” Juliana admitted, even opening up about the tough aspects. “Cause we are all friends, but of course sometimes they don’t agree with each other so just suddenly fight.”

Unfortunately, Michael and Juliana’s marriage became a “Covid-19 casualty,” according to Michael. He announced his split from Juliana on their two-year wedding anniversary on October 12.

Steven and Olga

Steven Frend and Olga Koshmbetova were introduced to fans on season 6 of the franchise’s flagship show, 90 Day Fiancé. They met while Olga was visiting Maryland on vacation in 2017. By the end of their summer fling, they learned Olga was pregnant. She returned to Maryland and they spent most of her pregnancy apart. Cameras documented Steven’s trip to Russia to be there for the birth of their son in April 2018.

While in Russia, Steven and Olga argued regularly amid the stress of becoming parents at such a young age — they were both 20 years old at the time of filming their first season. But they were able to make it through by communicating with each other and Steven proposed to Olga at the end of his visit.

Once he returned to the United States, he applied for Olga’s K-1 visa, which allows the fiancé or fiancée of an American citizen to legally enter the country under the condition that the couple marry within 90 days of the foreigner’s arrival. Olga’s visa was approved in April 2019, and she relocated from Russia to Maryland to start her life with Steven and their son, Alex. The couple tied the knot on August 30, 2019.

In October 2020, Steven took to his Instagram Story to announce he and Olga split after one year of marriage. “People keep asking if Olga and I are [together] but the answer is, we went into this super blindly. There’s a lot the show left out that’ll have people confused but we have learned a lot about each other over this whole journey but we’re better at being coparents to our boy. We’re both civil and cause no drama because our son’s mental health is too priority,” he wrote in his statement.  “(P.S. Don’t assume you know the full story from this one little post).”

Five months after announcing their split, the couple sparked rumors that they were back together while enjoying a vacation with their son in Olga’s native country of Russia.

In October 2021, the couple revealed that they were back together and they made a huge life transition: they moved to New York City with their son, Alex!

Unfortunately, the couple could not make their relationship work. The 90 Day Fiancé season 6 alum announced her  marriage with Jay was over “for good” in September 2020.

“Before the stories get all misconstrued I will just address it myself. Jay and I have made the decision to separate for good. I thought I was stronger and more forgiving but I’m not. Sometimes when trust is broken, it just cannot be repaired. I simply couldn’t get over the past,” she wrote via Instagram at the time. “I gave my all to this marriage and as I type this I’m heartbroken, this isn’t how I envisioned my future. We want to thank everyone who has supported us and were rooting for us. Have a good weekend everyone. To my close friends and family I’m sorry you’re finding out this way but I just don’t have the strength to talk about it. Please forgive me.”

Shortly after, Ashley filed for divorce for the third time. In March 2021, she confirmed it was finalized after Jay signed the papers.

“If you’re noticing I look happier and a little bit lighter it could be the lipo or it could be that I have a ton of baggage off my shoulders. This death sentence of a marriage is officially over.
