Sometimes the sum is greater than its parts! Get it? A huh huh huh!
― Picture quote, Wild World

I love green peppers not...stuffin'.
― Stitches, Wild World

Stitches (パッチ, Pacchi?, Patch) is a lazy cub villager in the Animal Crossing series. He is based off of a young child's worn stuffed animal, indicated by his name and the many patches of fabric making up his body. This also gives the reason for the kiddie furniture in his home. His catchphrase is based on the stuffing used in dolls and teddy bears. He is one of the few villagers that is technically not an animal, along with Sprocket, Del, Coco, Ribbot, and others.

He has the play hobby.

Appearance

Stitches in Wild World

Stitches resembles an orange teddy bear with a thick band of fuchsia going down his face and stitched, brown eyes. His two ears have different colors, one green with dark orange inner-ear, the other is blue with lime green. His muzzle is white, and he has a brown mouth. His arms are the same color of the outside of his ears, and His legs are the same color as the inside. He has a white stomach. Stitches initially wears a Star Tee, and carries a Black Umbrella when it rains.

Personality

Below is a brief description of the lazy personality. For more information, click here.

As a lazy villager, Stitches will be friendly and easy to get along with due to his laid back lifestyle. Like all lazy villagers, he has a love of food and relaxing. He will enjoy partaking in the usual hobbies, usually for relaxing reasons or for food, like when fishing. Stitches will get along well with other villagers, but may offend or confuse jock villagers, who have a lifestyle of exercise and fitness, which conflicts with the lazy lifestyle of relaxing and food. He will get along with other lazy villagers with whom he will talk about food, comics, or superheroes. He will also get along well with normal, peppy, smug and sisterly villagers, and occasionally cranky villagers, but may from time to time annoy snooty villagers, who disagree with the lazy lifestyle.

House

His house has a kiddie theme and has lot of toys, such as a train set and an elephant slide from the nursery theme. He also has a hammock, a green lamp, and furniture from the playroom theme. He has the Playroom Wall and Playroom Carpet. K.K. Lullaby plays on the Kiddie Stereo in his house.

In New Horizons, he has various Wooden furniture as well as various furniture from the player's mom such as Mom's cushion, Mom's embroidery, Mom's lively kitchen mat, Mom's pen stand, Mom's plushie and Mom's tissue box. He has a yellow Cute music player that plays I Love You.
