How much lift do I need for 37 tires?
37" Tires. To run these tires, you'll need a lift kit of 3.5" or more. This kit will have the same contents as the 2.5" kits with the exception of control arms top and bottom for both front and rear. These kits are for serious off-roaders.
What is the best rim size for off roading?
For off-road performance, we prefer to stick to the rule of thumb of running a wheel diameter no bigger than half the tire height. That typically means 15 or 16-inch wheels for 33s and 17-inch wheels for 35s or so. If you want sufficient sidewall flex on the trail, stay away from lower-profile tires.
What size rims are best for 35 inch tires?
To increase performance, your tire should be compatible with your rim size. 33-inch tires work well with rims that measure 15 or 16 inches in width, while 35-inch tires should only be used with rims that are at least 17-inches wide.
