I have a 2007 chev silverado 4wd 4.8l not 100% of the gearing but I think it's 3.73. I have a travel trailer that's 7300 lbs dry. Can I tow it? I'm just going about 4 hours away and plan to take it slow and try not to push the truck to hard. Im really not sure the towing capacity for this m9del any help would be appreciated.

You are going to be pushing all of your towing limits. You will likely be over on some of them. Physically, you can tow it but it won't be fun and it won't be particularly safe. One point you will definitely have to deal with is the tongue weight. To be properly balanced, your tongue weight should be 12-15% of the trailer weight. That puts you at about
875-1100 lbs which is likely well over your rated capacity there. The towing capacity will be maxed out as well. I hope you have good brakes on both the truck and trailer otherwise forget it. But, if you keep to less traveled roads and go slow, you can probably get away with it. I don't recommend it and keep in mind that you will not be within legal constraints either in case something does happen.

Find a lighter trailer or get a 2500HD.
