only shipped the ignition lock, the 2 door locks were missing, cost the lost time waiting for delivery and reordering for the same type parts

The key from my Honda Element would no longer turn in the ignition, which turns out is a somewhat common problem.
The locks and keys that came with this kid replaced all of the locks including the ignition cylinder lock in my Honda Element.
Plenty of YouTube videos on how to get the ignition cylinder lock out.
This kit was probably 1/10th the price of having the same work done at the dealer.

What a money saver. Drilled out the pin from my old ignition housing. Slipped in new ignition. Razored out the fob and placed in new key and BAMM! Car starts! Save big money. YouTube is your friend here. Took less that 2 hours and around $50.00 in parts.

2002 Honda CR-V Though it's not shown in the main description, this set showed that it would fit the 2002 and I know there is very little difference in the later models anyhow.
The ignition was first, as it's where I was having trouble. I only had to change the upper lever that unlocks the steering wheel and the new cylinder fit well.
I thought the rest would be a breeze... oops...
Glove box next. The lock mechanism didn't match up at all. I tried to just swap the tumbler cylinder, but the new one was molded upside down and backwards. I had to exchange the new wafer and tumblers into the old cylinder. As I was in this deep, I changed the springs as well.
Rear door. It's a bit of a challenge just getting the original lock out, but the internet is way helpful. Once out, I did a quick visual comparison and it looked good... Oops again... I didn't measure with a micrometer, but the new one is definitely larger diameter and will not fit the hole. On closer inspection, the alignment tabs on the new one are backwards. I tried again to swap the tumbler cylinder. It swapped easily enough, but that put the working mechanism upside down so that the key return spring would not work. Once again, I was forced to change the wafer and tumblers.
I've been too busy to attempt the driver and passenger doors, but I will update this when I have.

Went to Honda dealership, because this was and should have been recall issue. Well guess what Honda talked out of there ass for like 20 minutes. Tried to get us to pay for anything and everything else, but not fix the recall issue.
So I ordered this setup, 2 keys all the locks for the doors\glovebox\back hatch, and the new key switch ignition all
matching. Well I got lucky changing ignition, the pin had been loose, so easy the change out and set pin in right this time.
If you have key issues with the doors, get the OEM Honda keyless entry from Honda on Amazon. Like 100$. Well worth it and easy install.....

Worked great on honda civic as replacement lock but it cannot be programmed on honda or any asian vehicles! You need id46 chip to program on asian vehicles!

Product was a great price. Chips were bad, so programmer had to order his own chips for replacement.
Customer service team was great at compensating for the inconvenience.
